This notice applies only to Hynoe-owned, legally protectable original authorship, such as original source code, written content, artwork, and visual designs. Public availability does not by itself grant a general license to sell, rehost, redistribute, or reuse that material in another product.

## Normal use and rights that remain intact

Normal use of hynoesmp.com includes the temporary browser downloading and caching needed to use the site. This notice does not override permissions granted by GitHub's terms for public repositories, applicable legal exceptions, or a separate written permission from the relevant rights holder.

## Third-party and user content

Open-source dependencies, Minecraft assets, mods, libraries, fonts, music, photographs, videos, and other third-party material remain subject to their own licenses and owners' rights. Those licenses take precedence for the material they cover, whether or not a copy of the license appears next to the file. Required notices and attribution must be retained. User submissions remain subject to their owners' rights and any applicable submission terms; this notice does not transfer their ownership to Hynoe.

This notice is not a license-inventory audit and does not assert that every included asset has been cleared for every use. Do not interpret it as permission to redistribute Minecraft files, third-party mods, or any material Hynoe does not own.

## Scope of protection

Copyright protects qualifying original expression, not abstract ideas, facts, systems, or methods of operation. This notice claims no ownership of those unprotectable elements or of material whose rights belong to others. It does not claim copyright protection for purely AI-generated material without legally sufficient human authorship. Hynoe marks are used as source identifiers. A ™ symbol is not a claim of federal registration. Public browser code and public repository content are not made confidential by this notice; protecting nonpublic implementation details requires actual access controls.
